The Partnership Health Platform

Overview:

Kodo is a B2B collaboration platform that makes partnerships measurable. I reframed the product around a single, explainable Partnership Health model, restructuring the IA, designing transparent KPIs and recommendations, and building a scalable design system, so both partners can see status, drivers, and next steps at a glance. I also designed the marketing site to align positioning with the product.
