door2door
Rider App Redesign (AV-ready)
Overview:
door2door is a white-label mobility platform for cities and operators. I redesigned the rider experience—search → options → booking—simplifying the IA, clarifying states, and hardening error/safety flows. The new prototype outperformed alternatives and was adapted for AV demos.
Process:
Audit & journey maps → ground-up IA → clickable prototypes (control/minimal/redesign) → task-based testing → iterate.
Product, UX, and UI — research, IA, prototyping, user testing, design system, AV white-labeling.
Result: ≈85% task performance lift; adopted as sales demo; AV-ready
Journey maps & decision trees
End‑to‑end user journeys and decision logic across onboarding → booking → safety
Wireframe boards
Ground‑up wireframes for search, options, tariffs, confirmation, and error states.
Prototype flows
Clickable prototypes with hardened error/empty‑ride handling and confirmation.
AV concept screens (Flux/Olli)
Using the new design, I prototyped AV-specific flows: on-board announcements, live Street View guidance, assistance notifications, boarding/exit, and emergency support.
